I have been blessed with the opportunity to live out all of my career dreams. I have been a teacher, a published author, newspaper columnist and features writer, a marketing and PR consultant for some of California's best-known brands and even an on-camera video series host.

Today, I am focused on my teaching career. I am thrilled to have the opportunity to shape the future by combining my real-world experience with my understanding on how to be an effective, compassionate educator. I have a clear multiple-subject teaching credential and a clear single-subject health science credential, as well as preliminary CTE credentials in Health Science and Medical Technology; Arts, Media and Entertainment; Business and Finance; Information and Communication Technology; Marketing, Sales and Services; Hospitality, Tourism and Recreation; and Education, Child Development and Family Services. I have more than ten years of experience teaching in California public schools--five of which working as a reading intervention specialist.
